Penn Station East Coast Subs

I have come to the conclusion that Penn Station can be hit or miss. Some restaurants have better staff than others as with most places except maybe Chick- fil-la (they seem to be pretty consistent.) I will definitely try to stick to the ones with better staff. This one in particular has staff that plays around and continues to get my order wrong almost every time. If I say extra mayo I get no mayo, if I say extra tomato I get 1 I mean it's not that difficult. I don't have hardly any issues at my normal ones so. I will just try to stay away from the less caring ones

Gotta say there was a weird vibe. The manager was standing out in front and it looked sketchy. I was the only customer when I walked but service was slower than it needs to be. That being said, the Dagwood was tasty and I was given a free lemonade from their fresh squeezed. Order taker was super friendly.

I visited this location earlier this afternoon and was very disappointed. Staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked effective communication skills, as several workers snapped at each other. The wait time was longer than it is at other locations, which made it difficult for me to check my order in the car, as I was rushing to get home to get ready for class... I regret this decision to wait, as the wrong order had been given to me. While the label on the bag was correct, the sandwich was not what I ordered. I'm sure the woman behind me, who was given her order at the same time, got my sandwich; I hope she enjoyed it as much as I would have. Please do better.

Horrible food and service,fries were half done and steak was so greasy couldn't even eat it,took the fries back the first because they were raw they gave me more raw fries, took the whole order back and the staff was so rude that I left the food there and walked out. I work in food service so I know how it is but this store needs more training because all they cared about is talking to their friends and making their own food that they didn't care how they treat their customers. Will never return!
