Chick-fil-a

Giving 5 stars as they usually do an excellent job. The staff is always friendly, the food is always good. This time however they did forget to put the nugget sauces in the bag, which was a little disappointing. I did not examine the bag to closely as I have never had this problem before. Overall still a great place.

Got our order really wrong. Ordered a salad with my sandwich wasn't with order had to wait at drive through to get it. Then checked bag when we parked to check order were missing a sandwich and had 2 orders of fries which we didn't order. Gave me half lemonade half tea when I ordered half sweet half unsweetened tea. Had to go inside to get our second grilled chicken. They were busy but never had my order messes up at Chic fil A.

I have not been to this location in a while. I'm not sure what has happened at this store. I went at 5:30, which is seemingly right before their rush hour, based on how empty it was in the drive-thru and inside. However, for the amount of people they had working, the inside of the store was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, plenty of dirty tables with trash on the floor. I was honestly quite surprised. The food was still good, I was just surprised how dirty the inside of the store was. I also thought it was weird that they brought you your waters instead of you being able to fill your own. Maybe it is just this location? Either way, It's whatever I guess.

At around 10:30am, I went this Chick Fil A because I thought they were serving breakfast. As it turns out, they were no longer serving breakfast at this time. I was disappointed because I wanted breakfast. Nevertheless, I brushed it off and chose a large fry instead. I drive up to the register and they told me that they were making fresh hot fries and that I had to wait in one of the parking areas. So I went to wait in the parking lot. I got my fries, and I noticed they were cold as soon as I drove off. This is a lesson for me. NEVER go to this Chick Fil A at 10:30am.

This place fails to meet every standard Chick-fil-A is known for. The construction mess doesn't help, but the delay standing in the store, employees that seem to be all teenagers with no leadership, unprofessional, etc. is disappointing. This one is ran worse than the ones you find in airports which says a lot. The food at least tasted like you would expect.

Generally I'm VERY satisfied with Chick-fil-A, but my experience this time was not very satisfying. I either get the grill chix club or grill chix with a GF (gluten free) bun. Sometimes I wait until I get home to eat but I generally check my order. Yes! My fault for NOT checking my order as it was made with a regular bun and I got home and couldn't eat it😪 I visited the store on a Saturday night so i couldn't call to notify anyone as the next day is Sunday 😫
