The slowest “fast” food experience any single human being has ever gone through. I don’t care where you’re from or what you’ve experienced, this is the longest. I spent 6 years in this drive through just to get my pregnant wife a frosty. If I had this choice to ever go back here again or spend a decade in a Siberian work camp I would ask for a cold weather jacket and get to work at my Russian gulag. I HATE YOU WENDY FOR MAKING ME WAIT 4 HOURS FOR A FROSTY I HATE YOU I HATE YOU!!!

My fries were doused in salt. I attempted to go inside after hours because I didn't want to wait in a long, slow moving line to have my food swapped. The inside of the store was closed which was fair enough. However, when I spoke to an employee out front about my predicament he was terribly rude. I warn anyone reading this that almost every time I come to this business there is a problem (Long slow moving lines, wrong food, poor food and poor customer service). I hear stories from other people as well about the problems at this location. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

I asked which 4 for 4 meals they had. The girl said they had the Jr. bacon only, I said fine I'll take it with spicy nuggets. Didn't have a lot of time to check my order. I got home to fine nothing but a cheese burger. I called and a person with a nasty attitude answered and wouldn't take any responsibility for not putting all the food in the bag as well as the messed up burger. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Literally waiting in line for 10 minutes, with two people ahead of us. Got to where you can order food, waited for five minutes. The two cars ahead of us had left and we still hadn't ordered. We said "Hello?" Nothing. Then the person said "One second" very softly and then we waited again and then nothing so we left. Was told it was under New management so we decided to try it again after months of not going due to slow service. Will never be going back again. Completely terrible service and I've worked in food service/customer service my whole life.

I honestly feel bad for the manager. She was trying but she had an entirely new crew it appeared. None of them had any idea what was going on some of them were talking on their phones rather than working. Just not what I was hoping for; I expected slow service so I actually went in and the service inside was no better than waiting in the line outside. My sandwich tasted good however I felt like for $5 the hamburger was the smallest hamburger I'd ever seen served and it almost looked like the kids meal size rather than a quarter pounder. So overall a fairly disappointing experience.

Almost impressive that you can miss THREE ITEMS on a mobile order where there's no room for a translation error or mis-hearing the customer. But on top of that, I came back to get the rest of my items and they STILL forgot the most expensive item on the order, which was even part of a meal... Called in and told them to just refund me at this point, but GUESS WHAT... they can't because it's a mobile order so I have to call corporate, which is closed outside 8am-8pm. What a joke.
