Smoothie King

This apparently seems to be the level of service for Smoothie King in the area. I had this happen at the location in Beavercreek as well. My smoothie is missing the top inch or so. I placed an order online, wouldn't let me do curbside. Apparently the location didn't allow it. I ran a little behind, and thought like Tropical Smoothie they'd have our order in a fridge. I was wrong. It had been on the counter for at least 15 minutes. Just sitting there. 3 of the smoothies are basically juice now. Awful service.

The smoothie lacked, I ordered via the app and the smoothie was just not great… I don’t know if it was my order or the smoothie makers however just be weary of their smoothies… previous ones have been great. I’m a little sad about it. The people who made it didn’t interact with me either and kept adding water to it… I don’t know what I did but it seemed personal.

Smoothies are always amazing here but the customer service is terrible. Judge us on everything we ordered, got rude because we didn't know that a simple strawberry banana is called "angel food" Then only filled one of the smoothies 3 quarters of the way and got it all over the side and handed to us. The smoothie stand at the mall has better service and they are much nicer.

Had the worst experience at Smoothie King September 28th, 2020. I usually go once or twice a week, and have been since college, so over ten years now. Today when I went in, one of the workers did not have a mask, and she kept rubbing her nose, sticking her fingers in her ears, and then continued to make smoothies while touching her face- she never once washed her hands. All three girls working appeared to be high- moving extremely slow and were out of it. I had to give them instructions and help them make my smoothie because they couldn’t get it from the blender to the cup. They were extremely unprofessional, to the point that I could not believe what I was witnessing and was too disgusted to eat the smoothie that I paid for. There was no manager working and I felt it was pointless to ask the girls working for a refund, as they seemed to have no clue what was going on.
