Good place to eat. They got some good people working there as well. My pizza came half folded I called they fixed it.

Huge disappointment. The thin pizza crust was dripping with grease and butter. We literally threw $50 worth of pizza in the trash and ordered from a different place. The only reason you got a second star is because the toppings tasted good. Best in Ohio? Check your head. You are delusional.

the one star is there because the delivery was fast and the driver was courteous. otherwise: zero stars. pizza was expensive. pizza was cold when it came. onions were still raw. roasted garlic was just garlic powder. crust was not at all crispy. more like the biscuit crust in the elementary school cafeteria. ground beef was like little dried up meatballs. i had to really hunt for the cheese. sorry donatos. i will not be calling you anytime soon.

Put in an online order and they forgot to cook my pizza so now I'm stuck in the lobby waiting for another 15 minutes. Cool. Online orders are explicitly stated. Really?

Best pizza in town as long as it's cooked all the way and not doughy like the last few times we've ordered. My kids won't eat any other pizza besides donatos pizza!

Terrible experience. Delivery said 50 minutes. After placing my order and paying online it said an hour and a half. My delivery didn't show up for 2 hours. When I tried calling to cancel the order the phone went to voicemail.

They give you way more love by never neglecting the edges of the pizza so every bite is full of ❤ 😍

I would like to order something here inline and it actually be ready when they say it will be. I dont mind a few minutes here or there, but yesterday i got there a few minutes after the stated time ready and my pizzas wasnt even in yet. This has been the case the past 3 times. Theres a ton of other pizza places i can take my money.
