Ordered the NY style pie as I’m from New York and love that’s type of pizza. I ordered it for pick up and when I arrived it was ready. The pizza was very good, not as good as the authentic thing by a long shot but still god for Ohio and a national franchise place.

Tbh the driver was cool. The pizza wasn't half bad. This papadilla tho it's pretty wack. Not filled much kinda dry. Could be worse I guess

Consistent, fast and friendly. Never had a bad pizza. I did have a order mishap, but it was easily fixed. A++

Pizza made wrong. Called back to Papa John's to have manager hang up on my mom. Be careful when doing business with this manager.

I swear this location must not ever clean their ovens or pizza screens or something. EVERY time I order from here (the location that delivers to me) the pizza is always super dark brown like darker than cardboard. And it just makes it take bleck. I order and pick up from Kettering, Beavercreek, and Airway and never have the problem—all cooked perfect light Golden brown tan. And it’s not like the top of the pizza looks overcooked, just the crust. Please get this fixed so I can order delivery again.

If you place an order through the call center not directly through the store itself, you will pay way more than the actual price at the store. Its a dame shame how Papa John scam Its customers. This review is not a this particular store where I pickup my pizza. They were great at explaining the price difference in the prices.
