I have ordered DoorDash from Wendy’s THREE times in the last couple weeks. Every time I stupidly think they will get it right. We have received almost entirely the wrong order every time. Every time I do not get to eat. I work fast food too, have my whole working life. I have been a closer for almost the entire last 2 years. If I can take the time to make sure an order is bagged correctly when my store closes at 3am, and it’s 2:30- why can’t you do the same at 11pm when you close at midnight? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I work hard and have worked many late nights providing quality service. You have given me, someone in the same boat as you, the wrong food 3 times within TWO WEEKS. I’m sure you understand coming home late and not having the energy to cook. Learn to see your customers as people who deserve to be fed. I work hard, I deserve to get my money’s worth. Sincerely, a 22 year old dude who has been working fast food full time since the tender age of 17.

They over charged me! I asked for and extra piece of chicken on the side and the didn’t even put it in my bag!

No receipt. Because they know most customers won't pay for their garbage. No receipt. No refund. No baked potatoes, no lid for chili, chili thrown upside down into bag... handed me 24 Nickels... this Wendy's is a joke I hope they go out of business asap. I wish I could get my money back. I wish I never went. I can only hope whoever reading this goes anywhere else. F you Dave Thomas

I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago, got a combo, a baked potato, and 2 large frosties, one chocolate and one vanilla. The service was slower than a herd of turtles, the sandwiches were dry and seemed like they had been sitting for awhile. The icing on the cake, which I discovered after I got home, was that the vanilla frosty was maybe 3/4 of the way full, and the chocolate was maybe half way filled, if that! There was no possible way that someone put the lid on the frosties and did not notice that they were underfilled. I called the restaurant to try to get some sort of refund or coupon, but after calling three times, no one even bothered to answer the phone. So I resorted to going onto the website to leave feedback, which I was able to do (although it did take several attempts before the website showed that the feedback was submitted). But as they had done up to this point, my feedback was completely ignored. I received no response from Wendy's at all. I guarantee that if I strolled into this restaurant and attempted to get the rest of my frosty, they wouldn't ignore me then. This experience, and the lack of customer service, has completely turned me off to Wendy's all together. Considering how much they charge for they're food, you would think that at least their service would be better. I'll never step foot in, or drive through any Wendy's ever again. I miss Dave Thomas!
Ps. How can the franchise owner allow this location to remain open when there are this many negative reviews, most of which have common complaints?! You might as well just dump all the food into a snow blower and shoot it into bags......
You'll probably get more orders correct that way.

Idk if they're short staffed or what's going on, but my last few visits have been meh. I went through the drive thru and had to wait for a spicy (no biggie). The grill guy damn near threw my bag at me tho, when he brought it out. I was startled and even still said "thank you" for him to give me a "yup" 😳 the way he acted, you would've thought I was just nasty to them but I wasn't. Otherwise, they're okay.

Google says this location closes at midnight and we stopped through the drive through at 11:06 PM on the way into town from a long drive and a hard day with no dinner. We pulled up to the speaker to get something quick and easy on the way home and someone started to take our order, “welcome to Wendy’s, would you like to try a combo?” We gave our order then were met with long silence. The order on the screen started to change several times like someone was fussing with it, maybe having computer difficulties. We sat at the speaker for probably longer than we should have, awkwardly, waiting patiently for them to finish taking our order; we could see someone at the second window from where we were sitting so we didn’t want to be rude and just pull away. When no one ever came back on the speaker we decided to pull up to the window thinking maybe his microphone was having technical issues, whatever. The man ignored us for several seconds before eventually leaning out the window when he saw we weren’t going away (again, just trying to be polite/patient) and he curtly said “we closed at eleven.” I just stared at him confused and started to say that someone had started to take our order at the speaker, but my husband started to drive away and the guy closed the window on us anyway. I didn’t appreciate the gaslighting or his attitude given that someone answered the speaker in the first place and asked us for our order. If they were really closed, that’s fine, then instead of leaving us hanging at the speaker someone could have told us that they were mistaken and they weren’t taking orders anymore. Not to mention that every Wendy’s in the area on Google has hours listed as closing at twelve, including this one, so I’m not sure I even believed him. This experience annoyed the heck out of me and I probably won’t ever go back to this Wendy’s because of it.

If you enjoy listening to the employees cussing, and talking about their personal lives through the drive thru window as you wait, this is the place for you! You have to wait to order at the speaker. Then it’s okay to order. But have to repeat it, because they weren’t actually listening, nor ready to input the order. And then you have to correct it, because again, wasn’t listening the first time and NOW we’re inputting the order. Was still wrong combo size and had onions all over my kids burger. Like cmon. Depending what you get, you’re spending $25 for a family’s dinner. Disappointing when you can’t even get minor things right

Ordered 4 biggy bags the stackers. my order was handed out to the car in front off me that was pulled. she gives it back and the young man tried to give me the same food she handed back. I explained it had to be remade given it could be a safety and health violation not knowing what the previous handler may or may not have done to the food while checking it. He got an attitude. Goes back in and to me all he done was put everything into a single bag instead of 4 separate bags. Then he forgot my drinks get mad he had to get them. And on top of that he gave me the wrong drinks.seeing how everything was going wrong and we both losing patience I decided to deal with the incorrect drinks, cold food and items missing from the order.
