What was ordered Spicy chicken sandwich Regular chicke sandwich no pickle Cajun fry 4 piece spicy chicken Mashed potatoes Sweet tea no ice Frozen lemonade What we got Spicy chicken sandwich 2 piece classic chicken Mashed potatoes Sweet tea with ice Frozen strawberry lemonade. Had to go inside, wait in line for 2 people to order and then wait while the cashier fiddled with bags. Received no extra food as an apology, nor any apology whatsoever. Don't get me wrong, the food we got was good. But 0 stars for service and accuracy.

There’s always an issue of some kind. They may short you a couple pieces. I always count my chicken before I leave the window. Or missing something, or an error. They once made my coleslaw with lettuce. This one time they told me there wasn’t any chicken made…..that was it, it was silent 😂. I was like okay…make some? They are so ratchet. They tried to tell me they were about to close before and it was like 2 hours before closing and when I said that they were just like okay can I take your order? Smh. Watching as they hand people food when the lobby was closed and only the drive thrum was supposed to be open. This time they told me not to pull up to the window because they didn’t want me to mess up their timer. Isn’t that the point of the timer? How can I see what you’re doing? My food was soggy and greasy. I had to ask for utensils and there were no napkins.there was like 2 handfuls of honey (which I don’t even like) so I’m just gonna be throwing that away, such a waste because they do that all the time instead just of asking. I actually hate this location but for a very long time it was the only one near. Now a couple others have opened and I’m never going there again. As you can see this review has been building for a while I just never actually do a lot of reviews but I really don’t like this location. And now I have other choices.

The wait was extremely long. Employees were all over the place looking confused. One of them dropped the F bomb extremely loud. Sit down area was very messy. Bathroom was a mess as well. The person taking my order did not great me. I was in the lobby waiting for my meal for 15 minutes! There was 8 people in the lobby with me and everyone else got served and left before me and I was the third person to get there order taken I literally had to asked for my food that had been just sitting there. I will not go here again very so disappointed

The absolute worst place I have ever been! The person did not know how to ring up orders. They didn't know the difference between a breast and a thigh. I literally had to tell them what piece of the chicken it was as they picked them up. Had to go back to the counter 3 times for wrong pieces of chicken, wrong sides. Employee got an attitude with me for wanting to get what I ordered and paid for. This was a disgusting experience. I really like popeyes, but after this one location experience. I am not likely to return to any ever!!!!

Worst service I've had in a long time . Sat in line for 15min just to order ,another 10 minutes to get to the window ..food was given to me and I gave my card to pay . Their card machine was acting up so I waited another 10minutes while they reset the machine ,THEN they kept swiping my card and the machine was still not responding....so Janet,the manager says our machine is down and requested I give her the food back! After waiting a total of 36 minutes !!! They took the food back because their machine stopped working and saw no problem in doing so. And stated we will throw it away because we can't resale it!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION ANYLONGER VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.I GAVE THEM ONE STAR SO I COULD WRITE A EEVIEW ,BUT Honestly THEY DESERVE NOT ONE

Blatant lack of customer service training!! If you zero stars was a possibility I would choose that. A buddy and I decided to stop in and grab a few sandwiches. Terrible decision. I should have guessed when we walked in the restaurant that we would receive subpar service. The staff did more yelling and playing with each other than they did interacting with the customers. We stood in front of the register for more than 7 mins without a single “Hello”, “Welcome” or “Hi”. Several staff members walked up to/past the counter (Including the leader ship team member) and gave NO acknowledgment to the people standing in the waiting and grabbing. After standing another 5 mins we decided to leave. As we were leaving I noticed the same car at the the ordering window was still at the same spot. Happy that we didnt wait in a line for poor service They would’ve most likely ended up with a poor food experience as well. I will give Popeyes another chance, but NOT this location.
