Wendy's

Used the drive through around 1:45pm. Greeted promptly and courteously. Order was correct and food was hot. Nice fresh bun. Staffers at both windows were friendly and helpful. Parking lot looked well tended. Leaving the parking lot onto Dayton-Xenia Road can get tricky because it's a major thoroughfare, so be patient.

I like the location but can't in good faith rate highly when the mobile ordering experience is as bad as it is. Dining room open until 10 but locked at 8. Mobile ordering allows selecting carry out as an option even though it's literally not possible. If I wanted to go through the drive through and wait I'd have done that to begin with. I don't really care if it's an issue with the app or not but when paying ahead of time I expect what I'm told to be fairly accurate. Words also can't describe the frustration of this and then having an order be wrong and then having to go through the drive through again which I didn't want to do to begin with and no one is there if you try to call either.

No smoking 🚭 Service dog 🐕‍🦺friendly Wheelchair accessible & friendly ♿ I am not a dig fan of Wendy's my youngest Isaac loves it though. So my family go's there for him. The kid's like there cheeseburgers 🍔. I tried the jalapeno popper hamburger and I thought it was quite dry. It was spice but you couldn't really taste most of the things in the hamburgers because of all the spice bite to it. I will not buy it again I have try almost all the hamburgers and more on the menu over the years and am always displeased with my order. They also have a habit of forgetting to put you hole order in the take out bag. The mango lemonade however is definitely worth a try. It is the only thing I like on the menu.
