Panera Bread

Came for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half was empty as well. All other coffee carafes were empty. My breakfast was wrong twice! First they gave me Bacon instead of sausage. They corrected this part but forgot my egg. Both breakfasts tasted really not very well regarding flavor. We we leaving and I wanted to top off my half cup of coffee, figuring they had time to make more…. But the only carafe that was filled was the decaf. We had alerted them of the shortages but in 20-30 minutes they corrected very little. I know there are staffing problems everywhere but this experience and the lack of attitude in even wanting to fix things plus the food quality means I will not be returning here. I’m wondering if all the Panera’s have gone down hill too. We spent $18 but could have spent less than 10 with better results at a fast food breakfast place.

I’ve had so many issues with wrong orders at this location, missing food, and the last two times I’ve ordered rapid pick-up I’ve ordered a single spinach ARTICHOKE soufflé. And the past two times they have given me a spinach and BACON one. I’m not a vegetarian but I hate the spinach and bacon one. I can never remedy the problem because by the time I realize the mistake I’m halfway to work. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get orders right. I’m absolutely fed up as this is not the only location in the Dayton area that is terrible, the town and country one is awful and the employees and managers are rude and will argue with you. At least the employees at this location are nice. I’m not sure how much longer I can support Panera which sucks because I love their food and there’s nothing else similar to it. I guess I’ll be visiting the Brown Street and Miller Lane locations ONLY from now on. I’ve never had a problem at either of those locations.

The place is going downhill fast. Employees are never the same and don't seem to know what they are doing. Food that's still almost frozen on the inside (so they microwaved it for me but then put it in too long), tables are never cleaned, employees confused on how to do things, the website isn't updated for items available (twice it said there were no chocolate chip cookies available and then I get there and there is a full tray of them on the warmers)...all for overpriced food too. :/

I went there yesterday around 3pm. I could tell the cashier wasn't listening to my tomato allergy. I had to ask the person who made the food if the sandwich had tomatoes. He said she did not note the allergy. He had to remake my sandwich of which he took ingredients out of a pre-made bag and put on my sandwich. He then threw out the tomato from the pre-made bag. So my Lettuce etc was sitting in a bag prior to my sandwich with tomatoes. I will not go back there. Poor customer service and lack of consideration for customers.

Panera Bread…I understand times are rough and things are the highest because this guy working in the White House and his party not caring what they do, but hot darn, don’t punish your customers. [I will attach a picture in the reviews]. Our family loves (or used to love) the chipotle/chicken/bacon flatbread pizza, but now, we are okay with not spending the $3 raise in the meal anymore. Seriously, if we wanted a flat bread with a strip of cheese down the pizza and like a couple pieces of shredded chicken and NO chipotle, we would have let a 3 year old make it. I’d love to read the auto message of, “I’m sorry for your bad experience , we’ll try harder in the future”.
