Victor's Taco Shop

Huber Heights, Ohio is a particularly interesting place. Stuck between urban Dayton and rural Bethel, this town does not have a lot going for it other than some solid fast food joints and some alright chain restaurants, but there are some gems. Victors tacos is a Definetly one of those gems Some of the finest Mexican food one can find around here with fairly reasonable prices and a absolutely lovely staff. Every time I have had them the food has tasted fresh, some days more so than others, but that’s more than can be said about run of the mill restaurants. I particularly recommend their street tacos and tacos in general (go figure a taco place would have good tacos) and a jaritos soda after a long day of work. The flavors shine and compliment each other and it’s just a overall lovely experience I highly recommend for those both visiting, and living in, Huber Heights. Pictured below are 4/6 of their street tacos (I was really hungry) and their carne asada quesadillas which my partner had and adored.

I love $2 taco Tuesday here! Their tacos are really good especially at the lower price. The staff is always really friendly as well. The green hot sauce is so good and goes perfectly with the shredded beef tacos. The tacos are the only thing I've ever bought here, so I can't comment on anything else. I will say this, if you're wantng tacos and thinking about taco bell and it's a Tuesday, go here. Definitely better tacos and at about the same price on Tuesday. Enjoy!

The crispy taco shells were a refreshing change up. three distinct sauces depending on your heat and flavor preferences. everything was priced reasonably and the service was good. Not much on ambience and atmosphere, but was enjoyable and would return again. I would recommend the quesobirria taco as it was my personal favorite

Good food. They have great chips and great taco shells. Their food tastes like they make it in the store, unlike some chain competitors. They have decent daily specials and a good variety of items on their menu. Only issue is on multiple occasions I have asked for shredded beef and got ground beef. The shredded beef is far superior to their ground beef.
