Not sure why your slogan us "Hot and ready" when the pizza came out a half an hour late after I had ordered it. You're not paying for good pizza, or for a place to dine in. You're paying for fast and cheap food but it seems they can only manage the cheap part. Hard to recommend something that takes so long and is simply not as good as many other pizza places.

Something really need to be done about this place. When you say hot and ready then pizza should be hot and ready. I gave 2 stars because I felt bad for the cashier lady who had to hear people complain about their orders not being ready in a timely manner. Whatever system you have going on over there it's not working. The wait is ridiculous. The pizza is always under cooked. And the workers are very slow and coukd care less. This location should be shut down.

Worst service we have ever had there. We tried to use online ordering and couldn't get it to work. Then, tried to call in an order and got no answer because they do not answer their phone when busy. My daughter later told us they turn off the phone. We wanted 2 Hot and Ready, cheese and pepperoni. My husband went to the store to get them and was told he would need to wait 30 minutes to get 2. We ended up with one and a Crazy Bread and was given Marinara sauce instead of garlic. He complained and the cashier turned her back to him and told him, she was just a cashier.

We went in today and it was very busy. There were only three ladies working and busting their tail to get people served. Even dealing with a rude customer the lady in front still served me with a smile. Even through the massive orders. It was awesome and I commend these ladies for their hard work and still keeping a great customer service attitude 😊

I know times are rough on restaurants and such but come on. Every time I come to this location to pick up an order for food delivery service I work for, I’m always waiting 15-45 minutes. I pick up and delivery orders for people who can’t get out themselves or choose to just stay home and take it easy and I’m tired of having to tell my customers that their order isn’t ready at promised time and also costing me $$$ cuz we all know time is money. Please get some workers in this store and run the way it should
