Taco Bell

Probably the most “ghetto” fast food place I’ve been to in Dayton, at that says a lot. This one though is especially bad because once you go into the drive thru, you are STUCK. There is no way out. No matter how many hours you sit there waiting (I once waited 45 minutes) you can’t escape. I think they did this on purpose. I did notice if you order on the app, they’ll make the order correctly and faster as if they care more about app orders than they do orders placed at their location. But it is Taco Bell. I’d give it 1 star if it weren’t so tasty.

Every time we go to this location they are out of things and half the time they mess up our order. Last night was the last time we will be visiting this location. We were given the wrong order and when i went for a replacement, the employee stated that he couldn't add anything to the replacement order. When i asked to start a second order he stated he was out of the item we wanted. When we got to the window, he didn't say A SINGLE word to me. Not sorry, not hi. Nothing. I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to the Brown street location.

They are always nice to me at this location. Its sad they have to close early . We have to do better in Black communities so we can enjoy more. Its up to us society. If they start closing one thing itll be another and then the whole west side is shut down while the yuppies enjoy downtown and we are starved of culture and economy. Vote for new initiatives and open more black owned businesses

I'm here in the drive-thru right now and I order my food and when I got there just to make sure that my order was going to be right because the screen did not show what I asked the girl has a attitude and rolled her eyes like do we really have to take the lettuce off yes you do on top of that I ordered root beer they waited till I got to the window to tell me that they did not have on top of that there's never been a problem switching a hard taco from a soft they're charging to do this now we were at the window for 28 minutes before I got the food no other cars were in front of us when we got there but one this is the worst customer service in Taco Bell ever don't understand why people get jobs at these types of establishments and then have an attitude I guess I'll just have to drive the extra 20 minutes to another Taco Bell because I'm tired of the rudeness at the store and they're never getting my business again never getting my business again
