Once again tried giving Arby's on Springboro Pike in Moraine a chance at serving descent food at the drive thru window and yet again they disappoint in their failed ability to serve edible food. I will find a way to post with a photo of the food received.

I've been coming here for years, but I'm glad I came inside today!
I had a chance to meet the manager and some staff!
The young lady at the front counter, I think her name started with a C, the one working the drive-thru headset, she definitely has a career in voice over and content creation!
As many managers and staff do they had to deal with my silliness and talking and they were cool with it!
This location was definitely following guidelines everything was clean and sanitized.
They even had an alarm that went off the told people when it was time to focus on the guidelines!
It was an overall great experience! I will definitely be back!!

They forgot our drink but I reminded them although I didn't notice that they forgot two cookies and then they also filled up my au jus cup a only a quarter of the way

Nice quick service. Bless everyone who works there. They all deserve a retention bonus and a raise. The franchisee or owner should be ASHAMED of not paying their employees enough

It would be nice if this location would actually open up their dining room during lunch hours so that people who do not drive could actually get lunch. I tried calling but there was no answer so I assumed they were just busy so I walked up for lunch between appointments and their doors are once again locked with no sign or anything. Drive thru is working and I see staff inside but I do not drive so I'm not able to go through drive thru.

Got the chicken salad sandwich my bread was dry and tasted old there was no taste to the chicken salad sandwich,very dissatisfaction. Arby's try to click on the link you provided but it say sorry can't connect.

Service (by the manager) was slow although there were no customers. Food was cold even though we dined there. Had a sale posted that they wouldn't honor. Ridiculous. Many other restaurants right across the street. Go to one of them.

Line was not long and it took 30 minutes just to have the drive thru order taken but the customer service was really good and the food was great so we're the shakes!! Well done for being short staffed on a Sunday!!!
