Made me pay a child that slept the whole time, not only that but the store itself was poorly kept up with. The place you put your plates were over flowing, trash all over the floors and all the employees were to busy standing around chatting to clean any of that or while any of the tables while we were there... pizza was pretty tasty tho!

Store#590, placed my order took 25min. to get it. Made wrong, and the manager on duty made it. Second pizza made right but burnt. No deserts but brownies, still open for a nother hour. Even had a rude employee say not my job to find your pizza. No apologies or nothing. Will call the hotline, everytime have had problems with this store thought they might of changed but hell no. Even under new management they suck.

Me and my friend went there and both of us did not enjoy the experience. First of all, the salad bar is a nightmare, very low quality options on the salad bar, and I believe they don’t have a good dressing like a vinegar or olive oil. As a vegetarian, this place was a huge disappointment, they don’t even have a veggie pizza on their selections most of it pepperoni and cheese. Secondly, the pizza itself is taste like Walmart frozen pizza which I don’t like. Lastly, the excessive usage of sugar in your desserts can cause to your customers a diabetes. My friend suggested this place and I didn’t know about how cheap its. I don’t care about prices because always quality over quantity.

The atmosphere is miserable and the pizza is terrible. The bus boy was very kind though. We asked for water cups and all the cups we were given were dirty. The cinnamon rolls are the only food that’s worth eating there and that’s a terrible thing to say about a pizza place.

I would give zero if possible. Place was half to 3/4 full and only half a pizza on buffet. Out of Alfredo noodles for over 30 minutes. They should bring the old manager back or bring in new. Absolutely shameful.

After waiting 45 mins for 5 parmesean garlic wings , the manager Nick did the absolute bare minimum in attempting to justify the situation. Absolutely ruined a family restaurant that I often enjoyed. Never again will I spend money here

The restaurant was a little on the dirty side. They have a variety of pizzas to choose from. They will make a pizza for you if you like. It has a buffet style set up. The salad bar was fresh and a decent selection of toppings. Not to much to choose from as far as dressings. For under 7$ for adults and $5 for kids over 7, it's a pretty good deal.

First time to A cici's and it was A very positive experience! The staff was very sweet and it was very clean despite what some reviewers say. Remember the workers are human too. My only complaint is some of the pizzas could sit for A bit and the arcade could have a few more actual games but aside from that its nice and also cheap! Take A lunch if in town. :)
