Domino's Pizza

Today 12/20/21 7 pm food was perfect. I have been disappointed here before because I always order extra cheese and it doesn’t seem extra. I’ve even had to whole pieces of pizza on the same pizza with zero cheese on it because the dough bubbled up so bad. Today though toppings were perfect extra sauce was extra cinnamon on the pretzels was perfect…..good job to the crew that worked tonight thank you.

My best friend Sean Phillips and myself- we were just in the Smithville store. He ordered some food. After receiving his food, we overheard an employee by the name of Karen be rude to another employee. She yelled at him saying: "WE DON'T GIVE SAUCE ON THE SIDE!" She then gave him a dirty mean look. I have been in customer service for years and that is not the way that you treat your fellow employees in front of customers at all!!! That was very unprofessional and she deserves to be reprimanded for her conduct!!!

In the past I ordered an Italian pan pizza from this establishment, I was starving the whole day, when I opened the box my eyeballs almost popped out of the sockets. The pizza was downright RAW. capital R-A-W! and it was loaded in grease making the little to no cheese almost completely slide off of the insanely floury dough. I was in complete disbelief when I saw that pizza with my own two eyes. I almost collapsed on the stop due to the utter shock I was in. today I made the mistake of ordering that same pizza AND an order of bone-in wings. I almost spent 20 dollars on an order that I wouldn't even feed to a pack of wild hyenas. the pizza itself had ZERO taste besides dough. and the wings... they were not even explainable. the meat on the bone was almost fully RAW! AGAIN! And the BBQ sauce that was intended to be on the wings was nonexistent. I am in complete incredulousness and will NEVER order from domino's pizza again. Also, why is this place called dominos anyways? what does pizza have to do with rectangular tiles used for playing entertainment?

I order from here often and the customer service has gotten horrible, I never write reviews but I had enough the same driver named Keith drops my order off everytime and he complains about his tips when we live not even 2 minutes away and he’s pushed my door wide open the time before that just barging in my home and when I called to talk someone they thought it was hilarious this guy does it and I can only imagine who else he does it too their about to loose a customer and I’ll be telling anyone that lives around there the same, you would think if you don’t like your job you would get a new one 😂

With the way I was treated on the last visit I had that was also posted about by Bruce Boone , it is highly doubtful I will return to the location again. With a manger get an attitude and having a issue with the way I ordered a sub . it was not professional, or in any way a good customer service experience.

I ordered two pizzas at this location without realising that this was not the location in my home town that I was looking for. By the time I realised that I ordered at the wrong locations a man working at this dominos left a voicemail on my phone calling me “a f-ing child” and said they will be blocking my phone number from ordering at dominos again. I understand that it is frustrating for the workers when things like this happen but it was unprofessional and rude to leave me a hatful voicemail before I had even realised I ordered from the wrong place. Do not recommend supporting this behaviour at any business. And to the teenage boy who left the voicemail, you need some practice with customer service if you ever want to work somewhere other than dominos because I don’t know a single place that would put up with your attitude.

Tried to place on line order as we always do. The on line order said if we switched from delivery to pick it up we would gain a free pizza. So the on line did not work or was down it asked us to call. So we did got to talk to two different people who both had no clue what to do. Ask me if I waited the corporation number?? I JUST WANT TO PLACE A ORDER FOR FOOD AND IT BE THE SAME AS THE ON LINE DEAL. NOT CALL AND DEAL WITH TWO OF THE SLOWEST MOST UNTRAINED PEOPLE. So I said I would like to just place an order and then was told maybe they don't deliver to my street what? I'm 2 1/2 blocks away and I'm trying to order to pick up not deliver. So I'm done with this place. You just lost 90 to 180 a month just from our house alone may not seem like much but word of mouth adds up also. Your loss sorry.
