Papa Johns Pizza

The worst place to order a pizza from in vandalia. I ordered my pizza at 5:30pm hoping to have it by 7:30, so I could feed my daughters before it gets too late. It's now 8:30pm, when I called to check on my pizza, I was told it's still on the make line. It's know way in hell my pizza I ordered at 5:30pm should still be on a make line at 8:30pm. The workers are all rude and I was hung up on. This the last time I'll waste money on poor customer service and incompetent pizza makers! My first choice should have been 'Christy's'. It will be my first choice next time around!

Disgusting pizza full of dough, bottom crust is burnt, 2 hour wait for a pickup order. Dominos is way better... Why did I order here... Ugh! Worst pizza I've had in years, and 2 hours for just 1 pizza!! Also carryout is closed after 9pm which is weird, since they're open till 1am. Please... Just go to Dominos... I've eaten at (other) papa John's and it was much better. This is a restaurant specific issue.

This is the second time I have taken my Tahoe to them. 1st time we had a metal piece in our tire and had to replace the whole tire. 2nd time (mind you they called me 3x between 8-9am and finally left a message) said my car would be done between 3-5. I finally called at 5:01 and said it has been ready since 2:45 and he left a message at wrong phone number. At that time was too late for me to get cause I was already at work. Husband and daughter went to go get around 630 and a bird had crapped down the whole passenger side of it and the back window was never wipped clean. Very unsatisfied with them. Would rather move my services to Poe Ave but dealership goes to the one in Troy.

I order through my app, which only lets me order from this location. I ordered back on December 21st and once again they forgot my sauces. This made the 4th time in a row! I know they don't cost much, but I always order quite a few of them and it adds up over time. The previous time we called to complain, no one answered the phone. we were on hold for over 30 minutes. So, this past time we called and someone finally answered. We explained our frustrations and they were apologetic and said he would credit my account for my most recent order, which was $30. I just went to go order again and there was no credit. I'm not happy at all! Papa John's is the only pizza I like, just not happy with this location and it's clear from my experience and other reviews that they don't care about their customers. Sadly, I will not ordered from this location again unless they reimburse my last order, as promised. I would rather order from a different franchise altogether then deal with the lies and blatant theft.

Offsite phone taking order,couldn't hardly understand person, was not happy about not being ready for an hour but went to pick up and they couldn't find the order,then found it, apologized and said it would be another 1/2 hour..... rediculous....will not go back to Pappa John's! Probably all the other people who were backed up waiting won't either!

Called because breadsticks did not get added to our order. Employee said we were trying to get free breadsticks, “banned” us from ordering from them and hung up. Even if there was nothing they could do, customer service is terrible. ETA: The driver (don’t know their name) was incredibly kind. Deserves a raise!
