Pizza Hut

I had a big order of 6 pizzas today. My pick up time was 2:00 pm. Even though they were about 30 min behind schedule, the manager on shift (lady) and her only crew member (man) were quick to get my order completed. With it only being two people in the store, they were amazing. The manager kept apologizing and I told her and her only crew member that it's completely understandable and that they were doing an amazing job. Not just with my order but with keeping up with others. Right now the industry is struggling but they managed to push through today. As I am a former Assistant Manager at a restaurant - (Her and I conversated a minute) What really made me happy was that as a manager she said she would rather have great quality in the pizzas they make and be a tad late than to have low quality of food and be ready early. With that statement alone as a manager, she is delegating and running operations successfully. Great job to the two crew members today! Keep up it!

I just tried to order a pizza by phone. I finally just had to pray she understood me because I couldn’t understand a word she said. I am normally ok with someone that doesn’t speak English that good. But as hard as I tried I could not .I had to have her repeat herself so many times.I am so upset. Please PizzaHut do better. I feel bad because I couldn’t understand her

Ordered online around 1:48 PM, around 3:30 I called the restaurant and could never get through. The call system would take me back to the start when I pressed 2 to speak to the store. I drove up to the pizza hut at 4:00 and they hadn't started making any of my food and there were other disgruntled customers saying the same things. Ended up cancelling and getting my pizza from Marco's.
