Dunkin'

I’ve spent so much money here, I should be embarrassed. But time and time again, things go wrong. Don’t post open time as 6:00 and not have things ready at 6:00. It’s restaurant 101. Open time means be ready. TAKE THINGS OUT OF THE APP IF YOU DON’T HAVE THEM. Yes, it can be done on a location basis. Pulled up to get my breakfast this morning,AFTER I PAID VIA app, only to be told they didn’t have avocado spread. No, I don’t want hummus. What am I supposed to do for breakfast? I stopped by here on my way to work. I don’t have time to stop elsewhere. Doubly sucks because avocado toast was to be breakfast and lunch, and I can’t leave during the day to get something else. And no, anything with egg won’t do because it tastes like it’s been sitting in a batch of chlorine water. Actually, anything not a donut tastes chemically here. Funny, that’s only this location. Hash browns consistently burnt, donuts often unavailable and you’re lucky if they remember your donut if you order mobile. You can only get a refund by calling in and waiting on hold for 20+ minutes. Apparently staff is unable (unwilling) to make anything right here. Stick with coffee from this location. Most of the time it’s right, but not always. I come here because it’s convenient but after today, I’m done. Anyone want access to my loaded Dunkin account? I don’t need it anymore.

Love coming here for my morning coffee! The staff is always so pleasant! They are always busy working on orders as fast as they can. It is always clean and well stocked on the inside. There are gifts you can purchase and they have decorated for the holidays. It’s always a good feeling walking there. I also love how I can order on the app and pick up in the drive through. This will be nice in the coming winter months when I don’t want to get out of my car!

I always come to get my morning coffee before work. The staff has always been nice, easy to work with, and enjoy talking to their customers. I've been to many DD that weren't like this so it makes my morning better when I get friendly worker taking my order. I'm not a morning person so I definitely need my coffee! Lol.
