Good things: Prompt delivery. We got it quickly. Food was at least fresh and hot. NOT good things: The lady who took our call was BEYOND rude. I can be patient through a language barrier and totally get that, BUT she screamed at us while trying to order, became frustrated when she couldn't understand the street address and eventually hung up the phone, BEFORE we could give her our card information. Called back to pay partially with a card, the rest in cash. AGAIN, she became irate when she couldn't understand the card information, repeatedly interrupted, charged the wrong amount and barked when the card was declined. We had to run the card repeatedly, until she finally stopped interrupting and listened as we gave her the zip code- which she got wrong twice, thus why the card was declined. Ok, mistakes happen, but the RUDENESS was absolutely unacceptable. She went as far as telling us we had to give her the card at the beginning- which, we would have, had she not HUNG UP ON US. We were also unaware that we have to present ID with the card. Not entirely sure why, since I've allowed my friend to use my card, and vice versa. But regardless, she spoke to us like children and threatened to take the food back, since my friend didn't have her ID. She kept screaming "next time, have ID" but I promise, there won't BE a next time. FINALLY, I have to say, our dinners were mediocre at best. The "spicy" dishes were completely devoid of all flavor. Fried rice is somewhat edible, but tastes like eating a blank piece of paper. More good things: The donuts and cheese wontons were good. Even though she screamed and corrected us, when we wrongfully called it a "cheese rangoon." 😂 Anyway, we won't be ordering there again. If you like bland food and bad service, call them for sure!

Love ordering from this place usually once a month for me. But when I do it's well worth it food is always hot taste fresh as well the vegetables taste great and the staff is very nice and as well generous with their portions of food. Nice clean restroom as well as inside the restaurant . and they make you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend

Waited 25 mins as suggested and my food was not ready for Pick Up when I arrived. As I approached the counter I noticed the Woman that was working seem as if she forget to prep my order. I ordered jumbo shrimp and fried rice. She coughed in her hand then grabbed the frozen shrimp out of the freezer then put it in the cooking oil. I left , the woman chased me outside and said my food was ready. I asked to see it bagged then to ensure I wouldn't get the contaminated order . She told me no because I didn't pay first. Woman was very rude and abrasive , even smacked her lips . Totally don't reccomend.

Just ordered delivery.... Over $40. Absolute trash! I'm 99% sure the chicken in our lomein is rotten considering it's so smelly not one of us ate it. Egg rolls had a strange cinnamon taste. General Tsos was weird but not rotten! Sweet and sour chicken was actually fish.... I *think*. It was flakey like fish. Such a weird and disgusting experience. What have I learned? Don't eat in poor/trashy neighborhoods (I can say this because I live in the area unfortunately) and definitely don't trust a Chinese place that doesn't have Chinese employees. Big mistake!
