Subway

Went to this location with a coupon. Ordered 4 subs. Tried to scan coupon at checkout...the worker says their coupon machine isn't working. Tried to scan my points card but the cashier bypassed that option so another worker had to come over and fix it. Then the worker proceeded to tell everyone else in there that their coupon machine was not working. The worker also proceeded to tell me that they had to turn a previous customer away due to their coupon machine being down. I didn't understand why they simply didn't put up a sign on the door letting customers know about the coupons instead of letting someone get food made and then refuse them?!? Horrible service!!!

my boyfriend and his friend came here on a lunch break from work and experienced absolutely horrible service. the workers were extremely rude and denied my boyfriends friend of a military discount even after showing his id. said since he was wearing his fed ex uniform that he wasn’t really military. do not go here if you want basic respect for your service :)

I will never go back here. First time I ever use a Subway in Huber heights on Brandt and it will be the last time. I asked for a cold cut sub which when she rolled the meat out it was brown. I asked her if she can give me a whole new pack of meat and she flipped it over and kept it on the sandwich I said ma'am I want a whole another piece of meat she gave me that. But then rolled it back up and put it back in the drawer for another customer it was going rotten. Do you know how long it takes for bologna to turn brown. The lettuce was rotten and the cucumbers or freezer burnt. The health department needs to be called it was horrible

Line service was rude. I was greeted with "Next!" The sandwich artists were not... just threw the sandwiches together. But the increase in price was noted as well as the counter help wearing flip flops without socks of course. Never going back. Actual food was ok not great and not toasted was just microwaved, the Merry Chef oven must be malfunctioning or not being run right, you choose. I mean it is Subway, you know what you are buying. Fairborn location slaps compared to this.
