Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Last night my family and I doordashed Lee's chicken. The chicken came in the box pretty much shredded when it was supposed to be strips. We were disappointed, but shrugged it off. Then we got to the bottom of the box to find raw chicken after my 8 year old already ate some of the other chicken that was in there with it. I will never go to another Lee's and I advise anyone who is going to go here to check your food. They obviously don't.

Absolutely disgusting! No one in line but is. Ordered a 3 piece snack. Girl at window said that will be $50.58. I told her that’s not us. She laughed and said she was kidding. Order was $10.58 (got sodas) needed up waiting 18 mins on our food. And there was no line, just us. Watched the girl at window go back where cook is and dance and play around with him while our food sat on the counter. She came back. By this time the line was wrapped around building behind us. She handed us wrong food. The cook said oh my gosh! Are you waiting on this 3 piece that’s been sitting here? I said yes we’ve been eating a very long time. He threw extra chicken strips in the box and the girl apologized but who cares. Had they been busy and in there working I wouldn’t have minded but they weren’t. They were back there playing “grab each other”. Service was atrocious! The girl at the window had absolutely filthy black fingernails. Bad bad bad!

The Huber Heights location handled my catering order. Jeremy delivered my order and set it up. Provided excellent communication and customer service. The food was exactly as ordered and was delicious - a big hit at our Awards Banquet. I would highly recommend this catering option and ask for Jeremy - he's the best!

Tried to give me 1 dipping sauce per strip meal. For as long as I've been eating at Lee's I've always gotten 2 sauces per meal. When I came back inside to have it corrected the shift manager said they always only give one sauce and tried to give me a hard time. I love Lee's but probably won't return to this location. Update to response from business owner: My meals were a 3 piece and a 5 piece and I only got 2 total sauces. When I tried to go in and have it corrected the shift manager tried to get me to act like an anime character in order to get more sauce then made fun of my hair cut. I will not return to this location and will go to New Carlisle from now on.

Disagreement about what constitutes a side. So I ordered my meal and the extra item but the employee was too distracted to put it on my order. Had to place a second order for it again. The dining room was a terrible mess. Had to clean coleslaw off the table before I could sit down. Food on the floor, a bag that a customer had left on another table. It was not a good experience. I'll drive over to New Carlisle next time.
