They made a mistake and gave me a box of a dozen donuts instead of a dozen tim bits. I'm certainly not upset lol.

When the service isn't outright bad, it's passive aggressive. I ordered an iced coffee, and they gave it to me hot because the cashier was in a bad mood. Has been allegedly trying to change the menu for almost two years now. No all day breakfast. Go off-campus for breakfast.
