Arby's

Went in about 5 minutes till closing. Waited in line behind 3 other customers, got to the counter and they told me they couldn't wait on us because it was their closing time. I understand they wanted to close, I have worked in restaurants a lot. So I kinda understand, then I don't. That's the trend now, customer service isn't what it used to be. So take it how you will but wasn't impressed. Haven't been back since, probably won't ever go again.

We were the only customers in the place. I wish I had taken pictures. The tables had crumbs on them. The area by the condiments straws, napkins, etc. had food spilled on the counter. The floors hadn't been swept in quite some time. My husband asked for a cup of water and was told it would cost the same as a beverage. He gets a small cup everywhere else we go - for free. The fish was rubbery and the breading was mushy. The staff was standing around taking. No wonder there wasn't anyone else there. We won't be back.

Rude red headed guy at the window. Didn't even get straws or napkins. And I asked for the sea salted caramel cookies and he said they were out but I honestly just didn't believe him. He acted like he just didn't want to work. If ya don't want to work then go home. He was the worst driver thru money taker ever. I worked my dues in fast food for a long time and he needs an attitude adjustment.

Had a big order. Half the stuff I would have ordered they didn't have. The door was locked at 8:20. The girl was laughing the whole time I tried to order anything saying they were out of it. Finally got mad enough to yell. Then why are y'all open. And drive off. I went to Papa John's Pizza,they were friendly and helpful.
