Little Caesars

I've been ordering here for a few weeks now. They were busy tonight. But it never fails that when I do order, the pizza I get is always cut off center. I do like the brand and want to give a higher rating but they really need to fix this issue. I've already spoken once to manager about this. After a point it's lack of oversight on management.

I ordered delivery today. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza, oven roasted chicken wings and a Pepsi. The door dash driver didn't get out of the car he had me go thru the stack of food on his seat. I got a regular cheese pizza. No wings or Pepsi. He said I would have to call door dash. I called and left message but never called me back. I got ripped off. The delivery guys car smelled and looked like a dumpster. I called Little Caesars and they said they would give me the wings and Pepsi if I came to the store. I wasn't able to go to the store THAT'S WHY I USED DELIVERY!!!

It seems that everywhere is going the way of corporate America. It's bad enough when you get the cheese bread and have to pay for the sauce but now they don't even fill the cup full of sauce. When you complain are you ask about it the employees just shrugged their shoulders and that's it. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction

I got home and my crazy bread was very doughy in the middle. She said she could replace it if I come back down there. I told I wasn't coming back tonight. She said I have to have the receipt or the product. I have the receipt in my email but I'm not going through all that just to get it replaced next time.

The girl whom I assume to be the manager, had told the girl on the cash register "Reagan" to get the people in the lobby twice, as the cashier sat on her phone ignoring the manager. The manager stopped what she was doing where they cut the pizzas, to help me and a few other people. I feel as if this isn't ok at all. They should have people that want to work and that listen the girl with the purple hair was extremely nice however for the lack of discipline, and cooperation with the employees at this store I am giving this store a one start my pizza was not very good at the out come because the girl "Reagan" sat there on her phone as I waited for my pizza which was ready in the warmer thing. I'm very unhappy with my visit and will not be returning.
