This place is one we have driven by for 5 years and WE REGRET WAITING SO LONG because our entire experience here was wonderful! First off our waitress (forgive me if I misspell it) Domanique was a very sweet helpful waitress, she was attentive and anticipated our needs. We ordered 2 appetizers (fried pickles, and boudin balls) and they were delivered to us prior to our meal just as it should be, hot and delicious. Our main course was the 1 fish 6 shrimp and 6 oysters w/ 1 stuffed crab (I substituted onion rings instead of fries) with coleslaw. The tea was not just fresh but had a nice robust flavor like southern tea should be, no weak restaurant tea here, more importantly she made sure to ask if we wanted a lemon with our tea which is a very appreciated question! All our food was fresh and hot and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough how impressed we were with every aspect of our visit and we will definitely be coming back for more!!! Kudos to the staff here you left us wanting more!!!

We had a wonderful experience with this restaurant. We were in town for a funeral and stayed next door at the best western. The restaurant stayed open later to feed our family. The food was good and our server Ashley gave the best customer service. Thank you so much for catering to our large group and for making my family happy in our time of need.

The food has always been pretty good, but this time, quite a bit of the lettuce in the side salads was brown. They need to update their prices on the online menus and on their drive thru menu. I called in an order for pick up, according to the online pricing, it should have cost me about $45, however, when I got there, it was $63.82. I asked why it was that much and was told the 5 PC fried red snapper was $14.99(online showed $9.99), the 8 PC grilled lg. Shrimp was $13.99(online showed $9.99) and the 30 PC fried shrimp for 2 was $28.99(online showed $22.99). So, if you look at the online pricing to order be sure to add $4 to $6 to each price.

After buying a home in Dayton. This is the first restaurant I tried. And after one meal, I knew it would be my go to spot for fish and shrimp. They have an awesome wait staff of friendly people. I tried the gumbo but it's not "gumboing" like I'm used too from Louisiana, All jokes aside, the food is great and the prices are reasonable. I eat here at least once every two weeks. 😋
