Mcdonald's

Lazy customer service! Never gets orders right. When you go through the drive through and order something they repeat it back but you get up to the line and they don't ring it up. So you got to drive up and ask them to add what you asked them at the speaker! Like get it together already. Can't handle double lines that's why they can't get orders right, what's the necessity of the double line when they can't handle a single line and even with a double line they still have it backed up due to the fact that they are slow and playing around! Get some better leadership with these places I know McDonald's is individually owned franchises but mostly all of them except a few depending on your location it's all the same. Lazy workers, rude workers, wrong orders, they slap food together so it falls all over the box! No pride in work ethics but want a 15 dollar pay, well put in 15 dollar effort, realize a 15 dollar pay is asking for AI replacement which honestly at this point would be way better service. And the orders would be fresh, correct and they won't complain about wages they don't deserve! Also I am not trying to pay $20 dollars for a meal that will be slapped together and cold nasty fries that sat for hours probably being cooked with week old oil.

I drove through Dayton back in April of this year. It was around 11:00pm. I ordered a quarter pounder and fries. About five miles down the road I bit into something hard in my burger. It was a gum wrapper with what looked like the remnants of chewed gum inside. I am no wallflower, but I was completely grossed out, especially in this age of covid and infections. Needless to say, I did not finish my burger and I have not eaten at McDonald's since. I got in touch with the store manager, Alfonso Durant, who was concerned and had their legal insurance people get in touch with me. I missed the original call and tried three times to call them back, with no success. I attempted two more times to contact Me. Durant, who has apparently set me to "ignore." I will say that i believe myself to be a polite, professional, articulate fellow and I have never acted in an untoward manner in this issue. I am surely displeased and a bit wrankled that I have been ignored on this issue. Next time you visit the Dayton, Texas McDonalds, be sure to check your food for stowaways or unhealthy additions to your burgers. And expect no results if you file an official report.

I absolutely love this McDonald's. Every time I go through the drive through the employees are ready to understand, they are pleasant, and they are accurate talking my order. I never have to wait long to receive my food, and it is always hot. I don't know who the manager is at this location but they are obviously doing a good job!!

Rv friendly! We needed to eat around midnight but can't fit our rv in the drive thru. Wataburger in Liberty and Dayton both answered their phones and told me they could not help me. But, McDonald's let me place my order over the phone and skip the menu section of the drive thru. I pulled up to the window, which was not too low for the rv and they took the payment and had the food ready in about 3 minutes. The parking lot is big and easy to use for a 24 foot long rv. Thanks to the friendly staff and willing manager we were able to eat! The food is great too! I always get fresh food at this location!
