Pizza Factory

This was our first time eating at Pizza Factory. We called ahead for take-out. When we got there, I noticed the kitchen was full of staff, all busy working. The girl at the counter was friendly, and our pizza was ready at the promised time. The pizza itself was good. Crust was on the thinner side. Lots of toppings. I like pizza sauce to be a tiny bit sweeter, but other than that the pizza was good. I would order from here again.

The prices are wow and not in a good way. $12.99 for cheese sticks that are flavorless. Heck Little Caesar’s cheese sticks have more flavor for $3.99 Pay $50+ for less than subpar quality of items. I recommend finding a higher quality place worth the money you’ll pay. Sad because they used to be so good too….

Every time I order, I get an amazing pizza. Just want to thank the employees for making some of the best tasting pizzas everytime. You're the only place I order from since I got the first awsome combo pizza delivered. It's delicious and no shortage on toppings. You guys rock. I highly suggest this pizza factory location.

New to the area. Im glad there is a good pizza place here. Price is right, pizza was hot and loaded with toppings. There is one slight request i will ask on my next visit. That is for them to put cheese on top after it comez out of oven. The reason for this is to hold the toppings on. As you can see in the picture there is alot of meat. Ham , bacon, sausage...etc. NEEDS some cheese on top to bind it together. As it is now everything falls right off. The pizza doesn't need extra cheese just sprinkle some on after its done. 👍🍕

Deliver the time You say your gonna deliver and learn better customer service. I had a missed call 30 minutes after pizza was supposed to be delivered and I called back to confirm what was going on with the order and person I spoke to said it hadn’t been delivered yet and was in transit. I. Another hour goes by and still nothing and call again and was told it was “delivered” and know One answered and they called and no answer. The manager I’m Guessing that I spoke to said they would “redeliver” and it would be 20minutes. 40 minutes later we finally receive our pizza. Reheated and soggy. The only good part about this experience was the delivery driver! We will definitely be doing business elsewhere. Pizza wasn’t worth that fiasco!

Pizza is decent but they are way overpriced. To give you an idea they charge $2.50 to add spinach to a pizza. An extra large (12 slice pizza) with thick crust and 3 toppings will run you $40. That includes the $3 delivery fee and they still expect you to tip the driver. Darn near $45 for a pizza is the most premium price I have ever seen for pizza to be delivered considering the quality is not above average. $45 is equivalent ordering a cooked meal at a restaurant, not a grease ball that comes in a cardboard box. Definitely need to reduce the pretentious pricing.
