Saba

An eclectic place that serves pretty good Italian food. Went with a friend on a Monday night around 7:30, and it was busy but not full. You order at the counter, and I got the Thai Chicken Ravioli (I know--an odd selection, but it sounded good), and my friend got a chicken and spaghetti dish. When I sat down at the table, I noticed how odd the place smelled followed by the stickiness of the table. The restaurant just didn't seem clean which is certainly not what you want when eating. Despite the perceived cleanliness, the food was pretty good. The ravioli certainly had an interesting flavor combination, but they were good and the bread was good as well. The dish came out lukewarm which made it somewhat less enjoyable. My friend's chicken/spaghetti selection tasted a bit better and was considerably warmer. Overall, Saba was fine. The food was good, service okay, and ambience decent except for the smell/stickiness. While I won't be rushing back, I wouldn't be staunchly opposed if someone wanted to go.

Great place to eat in Emory Village. They can accommodate a lot of different dietary needs, which is good if you have a challenging group of friends to eat out with. I've only eaten here a few times, but it's always been a great meal. Most recently I got their spaghetti and meatballs and it was so good. A well made version of this classic dish. On a previous visit I had their Thai Chicken Ravioli, which made seem like an odd combination, but it totally works. If you're in the mood for pasta, but not a traditional Italian dish, I highly recommend this ravioli.

We've seen this place for years but tried it for the first time tonight . Wow. The food is delicious, they have choices for everyone (even the 10 year old ate), and it is a fun little spot to eat. I don't know why it hasn't shown up on our food radar before but we are telling everyone to give it a try. I had the fresh fish in parchment paper, perfect. Mom had the mushroom ravioli - fantastic, baby-girl had a pizza, big sis had the chicken parmigan - success all around the table.

I have ordered a variety of things from their menu and was pleased every time. (The salad could have used a little more dressing, in my opinion, but everything else was 10/10). They do have vegan options! A little pricey, but I think it's pretty on par with surrounding restaurants, and the quality and quantity of food is worth it!

We go here contently. It's a great place to bring a family. Although it is quiet, when kids or big tables cause a bit more noise the room buffers sound very well making it a very enjoyable experience. They have a toy box for kids that is a big hit. But I also love the food, wine and beer list. Finally the staff is always wonderful
