Chick-fil-a

This is my favorite chick fil a. I heard they are trying to move up the road, though, which I do not want! Traffic would be horrible coming over the hill. We also love the unique things about this location and want them to stay: multiple drive through lanes, a walk up windows, and plenty of outdoor seating. There’s never ever a long line here like there is at other locations despite it being busy. We love this location exactly as is

Customer Service ain’t the best but I’m not mad at the employees because the store is so small. We all have bad days and that's understandable. Small store size ain't helping at all. Suggestion: Maybe if they weren’t caged into one common space and running into a co-worker every two seconds they would be much happier employees. People enjoy personal space but it's not possible with the current layout. Looks like a circus in there compared to their counterpart locations with spacious sqft.

Not your normal CFA. Been here twice, never again. Thought the first time was a fluke, second confirmed this was a subpar CFA. Staff was rude, bickering and fighting amongst themselves. Attitude towards customers was annoyance and good riddance. Neither order was correct. Looking in from the drive thru window, the place was dirty, unkempt, and just cluttered. If I had to work on what I saw, I would be grumpy as well. Even with two lines working on the second trip, it took forever to get through and get food, which was cold when I got it. Highly recommend going to the one in North lake instead. That one is a standard CFA - clean, professional, and showed pride in themselves and their work.

Your store has three drive-thrus, only one is open during peak hours and it's backed up,...out onto the street. So you send someone out to walk down the line and tell people to park and go to the walk-up window to order, instead of using that person to take the orders at another drive-thru window. Took 17 minutes to get to order window, and another 6 minutes to get my food.. maybe it's a fluke but it's the worst service at Chick-fil-A I've ever had
