China Buffet

If you’re looking for a low key Chinese food buffet, look no further! This buffet is small compared to others but it is pack with fresh, tasty Chinese food favorites. Aside from what the other reviewers say, when I visited this restaurant it was clean, were following covid protocol and their customer service was superb. Everyone was friendly and helpful. For the price, I would not pass up a chance to go there, I hope the pictures attached help you make a decision. I would never recommend a buffet for take out as the food is best when fresh from the buffet line but that’s just my opinion.

First time here. Located off of North Decatur Rd in Decatur, Georgia in the Kroger shopping center. The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Amazing service and super clean! You have to wear a mask. We had a fairly large party but they found us a table quickly. Most all of the tables have a fan over them so if you get cold fast, you may want to bring a jacket. They have a large variety of foods and even a freezer with ice cream. Not many drink options but still the food was good. They also have take out options.

Food flavor really good. No much variety of items, but after spent all day at local hospital this is a very good option. No pricey. Just pay attention if you dare to walk close by the shrimp trays the waitress will follow all your movements to let you know those seafood are part of the dinner price! So do not be surprised. Not a very attractive place. But food is good. Restrooms are not what is expected for a buffet restaurant. I mean after all that food intake they have a single toilet? Wasn't neat and clean. In general good experience. 👍

They do not enforce mask wearing at the buffet. There are signs EVERYWHERE stating that masks are required while getting food at the buffet but it is simply not enforced. Arriving when we did (between lunch and dinner), the food was also lukewarm at best - definitely not as hot nor fresh as it should have been.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I frequented this location several times but today I was treated differently. The staff attempted to place a limit on the number of fish I was allowed. On the door it says ALL YOU CAN EAT! I did not like being sat in the back of the restaurant either. But the biggest thing is they were obviously low on supply and attempted to put a limit on the amount of food I could take from the bar. I will not patronize this establishment in the future for false advertising.

Firstly, the buffet, which is why I chose this place, had a nice variety of food however I have seen more in other restaurants. Secondly, Very pricey. I had one plate of food with 2 different kinds of meat, boneless and bone-in, noodles and fried rice in the 2 side portions of plate. Wasn’t overflowing. Closed with ease. Then I had a small plate with more meat of a different kind. Was I shocked when told the price was $12.37. 😳 I haven’t eaten at a buffet in years cuz they keep closing down, but I used to get much more cuz they had more of a variety and it was never more than $8 or $9. Tried some of the chicken in the car and it was barely warm. I was thinking about going here for my birthday next month cuz my daughter is taking me out to lunch, but now I’ll have to find someplace else cuz I don’t want to eat warm food. Overall, the food was ok, but I’ve had better and cuz of that and them being so expensive, ($6.20 a lb) I won’t be returning.

Peanut chicken. Honey chicken. Shrimp and broccoli. Green beans. Steam white rice. The peanut chicken is delicious. The reason why I come here. The shrimp always has a deep fishy smell and taste. Edible but not 100% to my like. There is a good variety. The ladies are always pleasant. The food is good.
