My husband and I recently relocated to Decatur and discovering our favorite and reliable places to eat and this spot is at the TOP of our list for breakfast. We usually get the fried catfish with cheese eggs and cheese grits and it SLAPS every time! The fresh biscuits are also delicious. Their menu has variety depending on your palate for the day but I’m confident all the options are tasty! The pricing is respectful. The service is great and the staff is friendly. You can dine in or takeout, we usually takeout. A true Decatur gem!

The was my first time visiting and let’s just say first impression and lasting impressions. I walked in to a cashier fuming about another customer “who rubbed her the wrong way & has me messed up”! She went on with this about 2 minutes before acknowledging me then asked if I knew what I wanted. Well excuse me and hello to you to! I told her no to which she asked would I like a menu before I could get out this is my first time there. I received the menu looked it over and ordered the French toast with a side of grits. The food is made fresh to order so it was nice and hot. The rating is due to the service and the quality of food. For the price I expected the French toast to be made with brioche bread but it was regular bread with nothing special to it. There wasn’t even any sign of powdered sugar in sight. I was already in my truck heading home and didn’t feel like going back. I’m not sure if I will give it another try or not.

The experience was real!!! Parking (We done pulled up to Cuz house) The food was good the service was A1. The locals was Amazing!!! People actually gave up seating for one another and saved seat for those that were waiting to be seated as they waited in the car. A place where we all come to unite and eat together DRAMA FREE!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!!
