Quiznos

I can see from some of the reviews that I am not the only dissatisfied customer when it comes to this location. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I experienced such poor customer service at this location that I had to explain my situation to headquarters. I was forced to be charged a second time due to whatever issue was going on with their system. Then when I requested the manager to call the owner to rectify the situation she refused. To make matters worse headquarters stated that the owner would respond to my customer response within 48-72 hours. Karen Craft responded all right, she emailed me that my refund for my duplicate transaction was complete - nothing else nothing more, no apologies, no inquiry of what transpired at HER ESTABLISHMENT, which is quite concerning because that means you do not want to make your location better and do not want to hear feedback from clearly a dissatisfied customer. It’s been well over a few weeks and I did not receive any contact from this owner. Unfortunately I wasted my time and my Quiznos craving at this location. Where I live there is no Quiznos and it’s very unfortunate that this is the service I received here. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION - go to any other location or a WAWA , subway or make a sub at home before you come to this one.

I seem to go here a lot for dates with guys I have seen in the past and that's interesting that somehow I end up here a lot. I like this location because they have an excellent soda fountain selection including pink lemonade refills. Enjoy the Lobster & Seafood Scampi Bake subs here. Customer service has been kind to me and I don't dislike the people there so that's a plus.

If I could rate the customer service a ZERO star I would, I've frequent this place , the food is great! But the customer service of the gentleman is UNBELIEVABLY NASTY AND RUDE. I never intend to go back today was my last straw. I was there around 3:30pm, was served by the man as always and his attitude is just nasty and rude, he needs to be trained on how to speak to customers, clearly his attitude is he don’t care a damn if the business loses money or not, if he hates his job he shouldn’t be there, because it definitely seem like that!!! Never will I return, since I live around here I will definitely tell my friends not to go at Quiznos!

To. Whitney I'm the store manager of this location. I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you, but it likely happened at other location. We closed at 2p.m on Tuesday because we were out of bread and equipment issue. While we were opening I didn't meet you and your family, and I never contacted the corporate office that day. Me and my staff have always worked to provide fresh food and honest service for the customers for 10+ years. This is the reason our store has continued to stand despite many closings of Quiznos all over the US. I am Asian who is called minorities in this country, I already have many of racial discrimination so that I do not judge or discriminate people by their color of skin or appearance.
