Friendly staff but slow service. Weird restaurant policy: no dinning in and take out only. You have to wait outside.
I understand if it’s during the pandemic, but it still does this as March 2022? Meanwhile employees already got off the masks.

I am so sorry that this review did not have a zero. First of all when we enter the building my husband and I went to sit down at one of the boots. One of the mail servers
With his pants sagging looking crazy told us to wait until the table was clean. This guy have us waiting more that 20 minutes. And would not clean the table or ask someone else to do it. He just ignore us. When finally we took up on ourselves to go and sit down. The waitress that came to our table took so long with everything. Then instead of her using a tray like you suppose to do. She brought the four plates in her hand wish make her fingers touch the food. The whole place was nasty. It seems like it hadn't been clean.
I love to eat at waffle house.
But we wont put our foot back to this particular place. It was a disaster. Then they keep on turning people away just to not having to clean the table.
But the guy with his pants sagging was a hot mess. Not professional at all.

Took my two granddaughters after school today. We had a good server, everything was good except for the bacon which was Burnt. I like this Waffle House more than the one closer to me on Wesley chapel road as service has always been good.

I had an amazing experience my first time here in ATL at my first Waffle House my waitress was so sweet she had on glass tall and thick with black here she made sure I was okay my food was on point for my first time definitely will be back again 🥹

Always the go to food spot when traveling in the the deep south especially afterhour. Breakfast all day which is always my favorite food. Pancakes, eggs, waffles , biscuits, steak and eggs just to name a few.

The cook was rude as it was only 7pm and she looked at me and never came to the window. Finally after 6 mins she stated they had no waitresses. This is how they usually are at this waffle house rude, angry and lazy! Sometimes you may get a great worker or not 🚫

Called in and machine answered phone prompting no phone orders and order online, yet when I drove down there after it said food will be ready NOBODY IN THERE, how you going to charge my card and your store is closed, also y’all still promoting being open 24hours.
