Whichever pizza maker made this today April 8th at 9:00pm should be ASHAME. This is suppose to be cheese sticks. This is a big piece of bread cut in 3. It’s so sad they don’t care how they prepare the food these days. I wish you guys could hire MINDFUL ppl. This is terrible.

Wish I could give it a zero pizza was not up to Taste I ordered a big dinner box and this was what I got not included forgot my drink that’s almost 4$ cheese bread was burnt and not cut I called I was told they ran out of the rectangle shapes to make the pizza correct either way I’m not please and will never order from here again this place needs a whole knew set of staff period point blank don’t waste your time here at all

Ordered and paid for in advance, then pulled up 10min after it was ready. 2 managers made ne wait another 10min in drive thru b4 saying anything. They were counting down both registers at the same time. Plain stupid. Anyone in the could've said please wait would've found that I needed 15 sec to hand me my pizza . Top it off, it was poorly made and had pork mixed in. 3rd time bad food and service on 2yrs. Never again.

Well it took a minute to get ready. It was a Edge Pizza. Look like somebody ate a couple pieces Too much of something was sprinkle on top, all in the box everywhere, a mess. The worst was an employee was looking at customers waiting, me included as if he had a mental problem. I mention it to the lady she said, i saw him. He want bother you. I will talk to him.

This is my third time cancelling my orders b/c it takes them over 2 hours to deliver the pizza & every 30 minutes i call they keep saying the delivery guy is not here yet so & so the girl she said she's the manager & she said her name is Rebecca i don't know if that her real name but she was sooooo rude, i asked her to cancel my order , & said" mam mam mam mam I'm gonna cancel it tonight now" she is a real ghetto. I'm done with the pizza hut on Covington location. That is real trash customer service.

,pizza tasted like it was old and they warmed it up. It was not fresh and hot. Called to complain and nothing was done about it. The person who picked up the phone didn’t care.

Detroit Pizza 🍕 was super thick, with a lot cheese and ingredients. Taking big bites out of it was satisfying. I ordered on their app, they were fairly accurate with the eta.

My most recent experience was an absolute breeze. I was able to easily place my order online. Upon arriving at the scheduled time my items were ready and hot. The customer service and professionalism of the young man who gave me my order was a 10/10. I also liked the way he verified me and my order. There was also another gentleman there(a short guy) who was also assisting with the order. Overall this was the best experience I had in a long time
