Krystal

One star, but this location doesn't deserve any! This is by far the worst Krystal in the Atlanta area! I pull up to the drive through on my way to work and the first thing I hear is "Why you ain't stop at the speaker?". Of course I respond with, "excuse me". Then the very rude and unprofessional female responds with, "hold on". The speaker remains open and I can hear someone say, "no one ever took my order". No response. Then she finally comes back and asks for my order. I ordered a sausage scrambler and advised her that I had a coupon. She tells me they don't take coupons. I said it's a Krystal coupon with no expiration date. She tells me, "I don't even have a coupon button, Mamm". I told her every other Krystal I go to (there's only 2 left in my area) take the coupons. She responds, "well I don't take no coupons here". This person was the most unprofessional, rude, crass, nasty person I've run into that is supposed to offer customer service! I will avoid this location from now on. Never again! I wish I stopped at the window to get her name, but just in case management/owners see this post and care to correct or fire her, she was working the drive through on Tuesday morning, May 3, 2022 at 7:00am.

I stopped in because I always love Krystal's for lunch. The location was not allowing dine in so I was upset when I parked got to the entrance opened the door and the staff inside said they were only serving via drive through. My thoughts are please put up a sign so people will go straight to the drive through and not park thier car to attempt to dine in. After ordering in the drive through, the service was fast, the staff was pleasant and the food was hot and made fresh to order. The price was very reasonable for what I order. I would recommend this location for a quick bite, accept for the no dine in with no sign to notify patron, this Krystal has good food and fast service.

I came to this store TODAY!!! The lady taking the orders was VERY RUDE!!! She was telling the person in front of me that she didn't have time to wait on him. I asked if it was cheaper to get a combo or just the breakfast sandwich she said it's was my money so does it matter. I will NEVER come back to this hood/ghetto store!!! Everyone in that store should be fired and this location closed down asap!!!! I wish I could give out a negative 1 for this review.
