The drive thru was very quick, the young lady was very personable and pleasant.. I love when they flip the cup of your Blizzard upside down to show you how thick it is, the Oreo Dirt Pie was okay, I could do without the worm gummies, but I get it "dirt", and the Carmel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard was enjoyable

Can't depend on most fast food places these days to do NOTHING but TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DQ usually is ok..I visited last Friday for some burgers. I ordered two double burgers, one with only 1 slice of cheese. He stated the burger with 1 slice of cheese was in red package. When I get home, food is wrong, cheese ALL OVER BOTH BURGERS. I call to speak with Manager Ali, who is on spring vacation. Employee that answers is same one who made order, he wants to argue and be confrontational with me about how he knows he did it right. Bring it back. So this was a huge inconvenience because I wasn't driving back out for the evening. It was a waste of my time and money and dinner. One week later I still haven't been able to reach Manager Ali, only rude employee Muhammad. So I still have two wrong cheesy double burgers in my car for when I have time to stop by and get my 9 bucks back. DQ was never this bad, but after that nasty customer service from Muhammad representing your company NEVER AGAIN DQ. . I work in customer service, so I know better. And you will see me again with your spoiled as burgers you wanted back, because I will NOT let you just have my hard earned money. See you soon.
