Church's Chicken

Hi there 👋🏾 I’m a recent customer at church’s chicken and I would like to say how poor the service was. We made sure to ask twice about the biscuits we ordered and the cashier reassured me that my biscuits were in the bag. I got home and what do I see? No biscuits when I asked for two. I also didn’t receive a receipt.

I thought i bought the 10 piece mixed family meal but this is what i got, 2 pieces of white meat ( i only eat white) 8 dark, large fry( i guess we were to get 5 fries apiece), large okra (which my 1 year old grandson almost finished before we got home). We ended up going to a different Churches to buy more fries and okra and asked them if what we received was the family size, and was told no. I have been trying to call the Manager to complain and haven't been able to get through as of yet. Will never eat here again.

Please learn customer service. They take your order, don't let you complete the order. Rush you to the window. Then they dont allow you to complete your order at the window. It should have been a pepper a and a drink added. Barely confirmed the order, then want to argue at the window...no accountability. Chile I'm surprised this location is still open. They need to close it or get some more customer oriented employees. Training how to communicate wont help them. How I get a family meal with 3 sides and the one side is an individual size fry..not a family size fry? If you didnt want to work today ma'am you should have stayed home. So yall give individual fries for a family meal? We typically get a box. No wonder we haven't been there in years.
