Krispy Kreme

Yet another great experience at our local Krispy Kreme. Enticed yet again by the hot sign and the 75% off chocolate donuts with purchase of a dozen regular. Fresh off the rollers and ready when I arrived. The only downside is the ticket did not print out my complete beverage order and therefore it was incorrect but definitely not the representatives fault.

Worst Location. Why is the back storage look like this? Is that donuts in a bag on the floor. Disgusting. Will not buy from this location again. Donuts are undercooked, and the girls working the drive thru on 4/16/2022 (@ 2p) needs training on customer service or removed from their post. Our community deserves better!!

This location has changed. The donuts are under cooked and the children working there are in need of a manager to guide them. I don’t eat there often since Covid but the last two times have been very disappointing. I’m seeking corporate contacts because we can afford to have businesses in our community go down. I’m committed to causing this location be better!

So today, we went to Krispy Kreme for our Sunday morning date! I just wanted Hazelnut coffee, Dunkin Donuts stopped selling it, anyways, the coffee they served was nasty, it was weak and bitter at the same time! As I’m writing this I’m trying to get the taste out my mouth! They didn’t take pride in this product! Please don’t waste your money and time, skip the coffee!! You would have a better experience licking a puddle on the sidewalk!

I asked for 4 chocolate iced donuts. I was told they were out but then the girl immediately switched up and said they made fresh donuts. The donuts I received were miniature and cold. Pretty sure they were meant to be thrown away. And the young kids with nonchalant attitudes working here make this place even worse

Came today around 3:00 pm on Father’s Day to get donuts for the family and when I walked in lots of employees are just standing around, laughing. Talking, and drinking from the fountain drinks. No one was working. I asked for the fathers day special and was told they were out and would take about 10 minutes. I started to wait but after seeing all the disarray going on in the front and back. I was quickly uninterested. The store didn’t look clean. The cashier looked like he was so confused and lost. Sad place especially if a manager is here and allowing this. Do better people!!!!
