Omg! The worst service ever! We were in the drive through for approx 20 min and never received any service. There were approximately 4 to 5 cars behind us and some ended up leaving. We decided to pull up to the window and blow the horn to get someone to take our order. A young lady came to the window and we advised her that we had been waiting at the intercom for approximately 20 min. She said, I know, there's something wrong with it. SMH, I told her they should put a sign up so the customers would know to come to the window to place their orders. You would have thought I told her to give me $100 bucks. Yes, that look. 😳 We ordered 2 original chicken thighs. We paid, pulled off and then opened the box to eat them and realized they were hard, dark and dry! 🤬 I turned back around after having had to wait in line for 20 min to get some old chicken. We went inside and asked for a manager. (Seen in the pic) 🙄 Poor excuse for a manager. SMH... He stood there and just looked at us as though we were aliens, before he had another gentlemen to handle the situation. He went to the register and started counting money. The other gentlemen went to the back and exchanged the old, dark and hard chicken with fresh chicken. SMH there was never an apology, nor an offer to give a courtesy drink for their lack of professionalism. I'm done with this ghetto, rachet and unprofessional KFC on Wesley Chapel. Think twice before visiting.

OMG. I wish there's a feature that I could put a ZERO star. This place is one of the WORST fast food restaurants I have been to. The restaurant would function smoothly if we had a great manager. This female manager didn't use gloves when she handled the food. The food wasn't even ready. We had to wait for our food just like we had to wait for our food at a dine-in restaurant. Not only that, the same manager didn't show compassion to a homeless man. If you don't like your job, don't project your misery on people. The only ONE good thing about this place is twin brothers. They were soft-spoken and nice. They tried to keep up as much as they could. It's all about leadership. You clearly can see a lack of leadership, unfortunately.

We were there for almost 30 minutes. There was only one person ahead of us. We ordered 3 fries with our order but only received one was ready. They failed to drop fries when we placed our order 30 minutes prior. The bathroom was filthy. The cashier needed help. I asked for the manager, the cashier did not know where he was. I will never go there again.

STOP IT! I arrived early afternoon and stood 5th in line. There were 3 employees working this busy shift. The people in front of me has been waiting 15 minutes to place their order and then another 5 to 10 to receive them. Ebony took orders and rushed to make sure they were bagged and ready. There was one young lady focused on cooking and an assistant manager taking drive-thru orders and online orders. Some of the people in line were complaining "did they have to pluck the chicken too" and myself and one other customer pointed out that there was a lack of staff. The entire team was working quickly and Ebony was addressing even the most rude customer with a smile. My food was perfect and I thanked them all. Please realize that "fast food" may not be what it used to be, but complaining to those whom chose to serve you, did a great job and smiled through it deserve our compliments not complaints. I haven't been back in a year because of real issues. Now we have a good team lets support them and STOP the complaining!

Customer service sucks. The attendance are very snappy when trying to order. About to speak to the manager hopefully it wasn’t the person at the window with the bad attitude. So now I think it is because they are leaving me in the lobby. Going to call corporate. Because the Marcus the store was the one that had a bad attitude and took his time to speak about a customer complain. Seems like Marcus doesn’t want to be at work.

This is literally by far the world's worst kfc. No matter what time of day you go there they never have extra crispy chicken. Yet they have original. Are you too lazy to put your hands in the flour? Not to mention the fact the staff is very rude. They never have half of the sides and she would not even give me my change because she didn't want to break open a new roll. So they were just going to keep my change...

They’re no longer accepting Drive-Thru and wanting you to order your food inside. Service was slow. None of them obviously cared about their job. None of them were wearing gloves while making & Serving the food. Was only two people behind the counter moving real slow and taking their time on everything as if they were at home. I wouldn’t advise anyone to visit any of these KFC locations until these folks get they self together. 👎🏽
