Footprint Restaurant And Lounge

This is the WORSE Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my LIFE!! The food was ATROCIOUS. They need to remove the FOOTPRINTS name because they are not affiliated with ANY of the FOOTPRINTS in NY OR JAMAICA. I ordered 2 oxtails meal and 1 jerk meal. (The jerk was baked by the way ) Me and my family started to eat the food at the same time and we literally locked eyes with each other and immediately said this food is bland and chewy as if he reheated the food from two days ago. DISGUSTING. We as Jamaicans disown this place and the owner. We had to eat the food with a lot of pepper sauce. I spoke with the owner and he told me to not order from them no more. I only ordered because I thought it was affiliated with the foot prints in NY and JAMAICA 🇯🇲. He’s rude and arrogant and I’m sure his business will sink if it hadn’t already. GET A NEW NAME LOSER!!

I've been here once before it didn't make me excited to come back. I was there back in August of 2020 and have not been back since. This evening I first looked online to see if I can order my food online that's not possible. I then also looked to see what their menu items were in the cost of them on their website. When I called the prices were extremely different and they ran out of all items. I understand this evening may have been busy for them but there should also be a way of compensating for the customer. I explain to them that their prices did not match up with the prices they were giving me over the phone either. I may try back at a later time but for right now the rating of a two is where I stand. Never agree with customer service as far as letting me know what items they had available which were none. All I had was rice and peas and a salad with oxtail. No!
