Sonic Drive-in

What I would expect food wise. Decent burger and they deliver consistent quality. Better than most fast food places. Server was great and very nice. The only issue, and they have no control over this, is we had a guy asking for money repeatedly and starting at us while we ate. At the end, he came up to the car again. We had just tipped the server who came out so we had no other cash. Again, they had no control over this and it was a public place, so he had every right to be there. Anyway, let me add they now have a diet cherry limeade which was awesome!

I had hair in my food. The service is awful. I repeated my order multiple times and it was still wrong. It took forever to get my order then I asked for a sauce. I never received it. I ordered my food at 2:07 and it is now 2:30 and a manager has just come to see me. I am getting a full refund. That is the best part of this experience. This is not the first time my experience has been terrible at this location. It has been long wait times and the order has been wrong on multiple occasions. I love sonic but I guess I’ll only get it when I am close to another location.

Just about every time I go here, there's always something wrong. First time they were out of tots and didn't even bother to tell me. Second time, problems @ the stalls, had to go through drive through. Third time, they were out of hot dogs. I mean come on for Christ Sake. It's fast food. They need to hire someone who knows how to properly order their products and employees who want to actually work 😢😢😢

First the credit card reader was broken in drive through so I had to pull around to the stalls. The stalls closest to the store were packed so I pulled into the further ones. I waited ten minutes after pushing the button and got no answer. I had to wait for a stall closest to the restaurant to free up, drive over there, and finally get some service. The lady who spoke to me through the speaker sounded annoyed for no reason. Anyway, food ended up just fine and the man who brought my food out to me was nice, which is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

They take their time to even acknowledge you're there. Once they get ur order it takes over 20 minutes or more to get it even if you're the only car sitting. I've driven off plenty of times. It took 15 minutes one time just to get a cup of tea and there were only 2 cars present and no one at the drive thru

Horrible! Went there today and with only 3 cars ahead of me and not many people at the drive up side and there was still a 20 minute wait! It made me 10 minutes late for work! By the time I got up to the window I could see inside and the 2 workers there were moving like snails with absolutely no sense of urgency!! I ordered a hot dog, light ketchup; my hot dog was not only freaking cold but it was COVERED in ketchup I am not joking. I will never go to this location ever again!

Dre was my server outside. What a nice young man! Very friendly and patient as I was trying to figure out why I was charged the same amount for a combo even though I only got a water (they charge $.50 for a water, which is unusual). He was also very courteous when we discovered the girl who took my order forgot to ring up the slush I asked her about and had a coupon for. Food was hot and fresh, exactly as requested. Great experience overall!
