Domino's Pizza

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! This is by far the worst dominos in GA. Yesterday I ordered from them around 7:45p, tell me why I didn’t receive my order until almost 11pm! Then, when I tried calling them to cancel my order, they kept hanging up and not answering the phone! Idk who they have working for them, but they are awful. Upon receiving my order, the delivery guy just left my food sitting out on the porch ( remind you I didn’t ask for contactless delivery). When I got the food, it was cold and it looked like it was sitting out all day! We didn’t even eat it. Just gross and disgusting! Please do not order from this domino’s, they are rude and the pizza is disgusting.

We had a very simple order 2 small pizza one cheese one pepperoni and buffalo wings we 1.3 miles away it took 2 hours to get the food.We called and got put on hold instead of fixing our order....Food was cold and they messed it up gave us some bites instead of wings. It's a terrible experience...Plus we received no receipt because they knew it was wrong....Please get new management in this store they stealing money ....No quality...

Ordered an sausage and ham pizza. The person taking my order repeated it 3 times. When I got home I discovered that they gave me a ham and pepperoni pizza. When I called and asked for a small credit on my next order I was told they could not help me. That my only option was to bring it back and they would remake. The gentleman was very rude.

When they do wrong they don't take responsibility and they don't try to resolve it Spoke with Tamika she gave me a phoney name apparacio curry.. As the supervisor. He won't be there till Wednesday Anyway just don't go there go someplace else. I'm so disappointed was thinking about my pizza all day and then this had to happen. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Update: First time at the Wesley Chapel location. Pizza was SUPER hot and ready to go when I got there. Very clean and friendly. Check out those pics and video for more info. Columbia Drive location. Was looking to treat myself and was NOT happy. Ordered pasta and pizza and it cost more than just going out to dinner at a fast food place. I ordered the chicken carbonara with NO ONIONS and what do I get? Onions! Wanted the garlic crust but since I ordered a small I couldn't get that either. The drivers NEVER follow the delivery instructions either. Put down specific instructions and the delivery guy waited at the door. Why? That tells me either the company doesn't care or the their employees don't read or care about the customers. Contactless means just that! The whole experience has me baffled and what about the "free" stuff you get when ordering? Nothing. Guess I wasn't one of those lucky people on the commercials. Couldn't do the survey at the end, guess it timed out on my phone. Just not a good experience all around.
