Taco Bell

Placed an online order since the google info for this location claims it closes at 2am. We just got to the drive through (the order was placed well before 1am and it’s a Saturday so it should be the latest day) and they told us they close at one and won’t serve us. The sign on the window even says they close at 2am on the actual building

Nobody should waste their time driving to this Taco Bell. It is the worst one in the city. They are never open despite Google saying they should be. I have attempted to come here twice to pick up online orders just to find out it’s shut down. It’s such a waste of my time and money spent on gas. It is absolutely unacceptable. This restaurant might as well shutdown for good because they clearly do not care about their customers. They are disrespectful of our time. If I had known they were closed from the beginning, I would’ve chosen a different restaurant. Please do yourself a favor and just find yourself the nearest Waffle House instead. It’s much more reliable.

It consistently takes no less than 20 minutes to get through this location. Most recently, it took ten minutes to get to the menu only to see that they could only take cash. I waited at least another 20 minutes just to get through the line to leave. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what. Management needs to be empowered to support their staff better.

Super inconsistent. When I get food, it's fine... but 50% of the time I show up, they closed an hour early. There's no other food around so I've tried here a few times and regularly have waited 30+ minutes in the drive through, after placing an order at the speaker, just to be told they already were closing and won't make any more food (well before their scheduled closing time) You'd get food faster at a sit down restaurant, so I have no idea what they're doing in there. Don't make me wait 30+ minutes to NOT EVEN GET FOOD before your close time.

Trash. I go every blue moon because they're close but they can't get anything right. Vegetarian, you get meat. Add potatoes, there are none. Ask for extra cheese you get less even though you paid for it. I really do hate this taco bell. It's not that hard when you're the one person in the drive through at 8pm.

i have never once gotten through the drive thru at this taco bell in less than 20 minutes. the people working inside are friendly/professional and make the food well but they're super short staffed and this is the only place in the area open after 11pm. the manager needs to pay more and hire more people before they drive all their customers away

First off it's Sunday afternoon, no line in the drive through, no cars in the parking lot but ALL the young kid employees outside by the drive through speaker playing, on break I guess. But explain how you're TACO BELL with bo taco shells...PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS because I can understand anything else but why isn't a MOD or something at a warehouse trying to get TACO SHELLS..at this point you should have just been closed or at least get the "kid employees" that was having so much fun outside clean up a little.
