This place needs New management! Never have food or supplies. Takes forever in the drive thru. Terrible customer service. Never open on time. Don't get orders right. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with my breakfast meal and I got nothing but cream and when I said that isn't coffee in there she looked at me and said that's how it's made. Now I've had ice coffee plenty of times to know this looks nothing like it! Coworker went to get mocha iced coffee another time and she got the same results. Common sense not common! See pics below.

My husband and I went inside and we had a great experience at this location. The cashier was professional and amazingly nice. We then noticed that the grade of the restaurant was an A which we was most happy about and we meet the District Manager name Ms. A and she was so so amazing as well because she wanted to make sure all of our needs were met and she listened to us instead of brushing us off, she genuinely cares and that goes a long way with me. We will be back!

This place needs some serious help. Employees are clueless who are taking the orders. I came here at 5:25 in the afternoon and did not get my food until 13 minutes later and I was the only one in line in the drive up. The sound system they use needs to be replaced because the speakers so loud when they talk to you when you place your order it has major distortion. After placing my order I gave them five $1 bills for a order total of $4.32. they asked if I ordered a bacon King and I said no the customer before me who had ordered it and didn't pay for it left and that order was still showing on the menu order board outside where you speak to give them the order. So when they finally gave me my food which is hot and delicious the employee at the takeout window told me we didn't go to the bank yesterday so they had no coins so my 68. cents is still owed to me for my change. The cooks know what they're doing but the people taking orders and handing out the food they are clueless. You need a better night manager because these people working there are a joke

I decided to give this BK a vist for the first time in 3 years. My daughter begged me for chicken nuggets and fries, so I assumed this place would be great for that. When I got to the drive-thru, there was only 2 cars in line. I felt lucky! At least for a second. I checked emails on my phone and waited for it to be my turn. 10 minutes later, I'm still in the same position (3rd in line) that I was in since I arrived. The car in front of me pulled away due to the long wait time. I told my daughter that we could no longer wait either and she begged me to wait a little while linger. I waited for 5 more minutes and the line still did not move. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally pulled away. My daughter was sad she didn't get the meal she desired and I was upset I couldn't give it to her ( here). I will not be returning.

I waited in the line for 30 minutes (today) . When I finally got my order (over $24.00). This food (if that's what you want to call it was NASTY AND OLD. The fries were soft (didn't cook long enough) the chicken nuggets were OLD (IT'S LIKE THEY COOKED THEM 2 DAYS AGO). The whopper was ok, the chicken fries were OLD. I try to support places in this area but this is ridiculous . A wait of time and money.

Horrible, waited for 30 min was told when I got to the window they didn't have any meat , I told the young man I had an online order he said owe they probably threw it away an that they run out of meat every night . Told him that they should tell people these things because I had cars behind me yet he wasn't telling them anything saying the speaker is messed up so we had to order at the window ... He then called out my online order back to me showed me a sandwich an was like this isn't yours tho , so I asked to speak to the manager an magically meat appeared smh this location is horrible an I will be complaining in the morning as well smh it's only in the black neighborhoods do you deal with poor customer service everyone needs to be sent to some kinda training because this is unacceptable
