Service & Employees were nice but You seriously need to fix the huge potholes in your drive-thru. They're going to destroy someone's car, almost did mine & I was creeping slow going over them, when something popped on my jeep. Also, town needs to fix them on the road going into your place

Barbecue was average at best. Side portions very small for price. Ran out of bbq sauce well before I finished half slab of baby back ribs and no fork given at drive thru. From St Louis. Would not go back.

It had been several years since I've been at to Hickory River.I can honestly say that I was really,Really disappointed.I orderedA chopped brisket sandwichAnd I received a pulled brisket sandwich.I know the difference between pulled and chopped.The brisket was dryAnd lacked flavor.I probably will not go back

First visit since the interior updates- very nice! The traditional metal tray and paper service is a very nice touch! Good excellent as always!

Can't get enough of the Smoked Turkey. Took home a bottle of Sauce. Cornbread, so nice I did it twice. Great fast drive-thru. 👍🏾

In town for work & was lucky enough to stumble upon this gem. Food was EXCELLENT! I tried nearly everything on the menu & found it all to my liking. Staff members exceeded expectations as they were friendly, courteous, and just the type of people I'd trust to prepare a great meal. I have been to other Hickory River locations & this one blows them all out of the water. Thank you for making my stay better Eric & team

I did like the burnt ends here, although some might find them a bit too salty. The cornbread was super dry, the beans below avg., the applesauce was outstanding. You do not get free refills, so order a large drink. After you get your food, service in non existent.

Used to really love this place for the past 4+ years. Today was my third and last time going in since Covid. Portions have gotten way smaller, but the price hasnt. You also used to get free refills, lemons, onions, jalapenos, and pepperoncini. Not any More. My favorite, pulled pork nachos used to come on a piled high plate that was almost too much for one sitting, not they come in a small basket.
