Chick-fil-a

If you know me, you know Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I love their app as well. You can easily order on line and most of the time, your food is ready when you get to the restaurant. And they always have friendly service. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit due to other people ordering or waiting as well for their food. Overall, one of my top fast food restaurants.

Awesome location with awesome Grade A service. I personally recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal customized (No Pickles, Add Bacon, Add Pepper Jack Cheese), side of waffle fries, and a Cookies and Cream Milkshake. The customization takes that sandwich to another level beyond awesome. Vote to make that meal Wayne's Favorite and make it a permanent menu selection.

Waited a total of an hour for my food that I ordered ahead of time on the app. 30 minutes in the drive through. Parked for 20. Finally went inside to ask for them to check for my food. Waited for a while, had to ask two people and finally found out our food had been there the whole time waiting for someone to bring it out. The majority of the staff were rash, not rude. They were probably stressed out. The store is severely understaffed, unorganized and lacks training. An hour late, 2 kids crying for that hour, a trip inside we finally received our order. I food was cold and soggy.

The food was good and my order was accurate. But I will say as a avid customer for Chick-fil-A, it was off putting and a little disappointing to see the employees whom were serving food at the window to burn straws above the window on the heat lamp and ash from the burned straws and wrappers to fall of the bags being served.

Ok ok ok. I kept away from Chick-fil-A for 2 reasons: 1) price and 2) the ominous view of every Chick-fil-A line in every town. I know. I know. It's so good! It is! The food is so good and one day, my department decided we needed to make a huge order to celebrate us because we had been working so hard. I volunteered to brave that long line because I needed the head space to sing at the top of my lungs to some great music within my heated car. I pull into the line and that's when I see it. I had only heard about it until that day. I couldn't see the forest for all the trees until I stopped focusing on all the trees, I mean, cars, and I was not in line for 15 minutes from giving my name for the pickup to the precious, "thank you for all that you do to make sure our community is taken care of!" from the lady handing me my order. I should be thanking all of them but they were being so kind to me! Our food was fresh, fries and chicken tenders were still hot when I got to the hospital! This visit changed my view of every future Chick-fil-A visit. Kind, courteous, helpful, prompt, and as every person I've ever heard says it before me, fantastic customer service. Bravo, Beltline Chick-fil-A! Christian values shine in those ways that day!

Try to order 5 10pc chicken mins. @ 10am and was refused because staff were too lazy to make them. I order from Chick-fil-A alot & never had this issue before. This location is unprofessional and lazy. You have only one job to due and that's to take orders and service your customers and you failed to do so because of lazy staff members and manager was unprofessional as well.
