O'charley's

Hands down the best service I've ever had at any restaurant from NY to Alabama. Our server, Shamekia was incredible. Efficient, attentive, very friendly and polite. The food was some of the best around with just the right amount of flavor. The timing of everything was just perfect. The only issue I have is that I can't leave them more stars. If you're new in town as my wife and I are, this place is more than a safe bet to eat! Definitely will be returning.

My husband and I ate here tonight and I want to give more stars than 5. Our server Denyse our server was just amazing. Such a friendly smile and demeanor, she was just all around so helpful and wonderful. We both ordered steaks and OH MY GOSH we're they amazing! Whomever was on the grill did great. We will most certainly be back! Thank you Denyse!!

Good food and good service! My husband and I order to-go from this location regularly, and it is almost always hot, ready, and accurate. For being short staffed (like every restaurant is right now), they do a good job of making quality meals. The honey drizzled chicken, peach chutney chicken, and the chicken tenders are really good, among other things.

I have eaten at many a sit down restaurant where it feels like you have to ask for every little thing, even refills, but that was not the case here. Server Denyse was friendly, personable, and very attentive. She brought our little table of three about a dozen rolls and extra butter without even being requested. Later, another waiter brought out the soup I ordered to replace the side of fries with my burger. When the meal came though, they had accidentally prepared another bowl of soup, so they let us have it for free and my friend ate it. Everything served was hot, fresh, and delicious. Denyse even swapped some stories with us as I filled out the check. High recommend this O'Charley's!

Our server, Regan, was phenomenal! Definitely made the dinner experience- she definitely went above and beyond. I didn’t catch the managers name but he checked on us and even brought our meals to us- very polite and helpful!! Not to mention, all 6 of us got different meals and were not disappointed!! The food was the best that we had during our stay in Alabama, by far. I will be looking for another O’Charleys near PA!!
