Great customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup

I am one very upset customer Zaxbys is 30 minutes away from my house and when i got home with my fried cobb salad guess what NO dressing. So now im eating a DRY salad. The person at the window looked so miserable and ready to go that they couldnt even put dressing in my bag. If i could i would leave ZERO stars. Pathetic

Zax Hacks: Grilled Chicken Salad. Order with your favorite dressing and add one bbq sauce pack. Flip the lid from the salad and put all the grilled chicken in it and mix in the bbq sauce. Now prepare your green salad. Add one cheese stick and you have a charcuterie. This is my favorite Zaxby's location. Great food and friendly service.

I love this place always quality food but service was a bit slow.

This restaurant is the closest to my home so I end up eating here a lot. On my last visit I requested extra sauce on my tenders because they tend to under sauce them. I arrived home to find not only had they over sauced the tenders, they had actually poured sauce in the bag. There was sauce all over all of the other food, napkins and utensils.
