Hibachi Express

I ordered combination fried rice and egg rolls through door dash. The fried rice was sweet and the egg rolls were burnt. I called to the restaurant and told them about my order. The lady told me that they cook their fried rice in teriyaki sauce and that she cooked the egg rolls so there’s no way they were burnt. I told her I’ve never had fried rice that was cooked in teriyaki sauce, and she said next time just put in the special instructions that I don’t want it cooked in teriyaki sauce. I asked if she could just remake the order correctly or give me a refund. She said she won’t do either and hung up the phone on me!! I will never order from this restaurant again! The pictures do the food no justice, it was disgusting!!!

I used to love this place so much But now, the rice has almost no oil in it - it's not fried rice anymore... it seems like... It's too moist, like they boil the rice and didn't do any of the frying. And their yum yum sauce is now super watered down. It used to not be, I used to love their sauce and now I just go to Ninja. It feels like over the years they have been trying to save money on supplies by watering them down..
